Payment Plan Pay 10' w x 10' L Outdoor Bring Own Tent, Table & Chairs - $850 Automatic payments $283 for 3 months

Payment Plan 4' x 6' Artist's Space - Bring Own Table & Chair - NO TENT - Outdoor On the Avenue $500 Automatic payments $167 for 3 months

Payment Plan 8' x 10' Booth Inside Building - Bring Own Table & Chairs $1200 Automatic payments $400 for 3 months

Payment Plan 4' x 6' Inside Building - Bring Own Table & Chairs - $600 Automatic payments $200 for 3 months

Payment Plan Book Author's Table - Bring Own Table & Chairs -Outdoor On the Avenue $250 Automatic payments $84 for 3 months

All exhibitor applications are subject to the approval of October Gallery. Product line must meet with the approval of October Gallery. If product line is not approved money will be refunded. Once an application is approved, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS

BOOTHS AT THE EXPO CAN NOT BE SUBLET TO ANOTHER ARTISTS OR EXHIBITOR.

I agree to display and sell only the product(s) stated below. If additional product is displayed or sold that is not part of this agreement and October Gallery determines that said extra product is a duplication of product being sold by another exhibitor or is a product not in keeping with the standards of the Expo, then exhibitor will either remove said product from Expo or must relinquish their space and receive no refund. This also applies to subletting.

I also understand that October Gallery cannot be held liable and or responsible for any acts of God or events that are not under the control of October Gallery that might result in postponement delays or cancellation of this product / event. I agree and comply with the terms and conditions listed above and below in this agreement.

If monthy payments are not made in a timely manner, your virtual booth, advertisement or program may be cancelled.
