NOTES: When entering player's scores you can use keyboard numbers to input the information faster. For example, if you hit 9 three times you get 9/2 (9/0,9/1,9/2) etc. and if you hit 5 once you get 5/9. The tab key moves you to the next entry, enter submits the form. Entries marked with an asterix are required fields and must be completed. For injuries and walkovers, please use w/o and remember to include the reasons in the comments field.
