2. Instructor introduced each model lesson from the notebook before its implementation in class.

3. Instructor facilitated and encouraged collaboration among participants.

4. Instructor discussed the use of enhanced pedagogy (i.e. cooperative learning, discovery-based learning, problem-based learning, constructivism, and brain-based learning) throughout InTech.

5. Instructor simulated the one-computer classroom through the use of the New Ideas Database.
