To Order a Calendar:

You are asked to donate at least $10 for each calendar. You can pay 1) online through PayPal, 2) by mailing a check, or 3) with cash at a future event. If you would like us to mail your calendar, please include an additional $2 for mailing.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Donate button.
You will have an option to pay using your PayPal account or with a regular credit card.
For your donation amount, indicate the total amount which should be at least $10 per calendar and an extra $2 for mailing of each calendar.
