Members of the Policy Forum

Representative bodies are invited to appoint one Member of the Policy Forum and one Alternate Member (substitute) of the Policy Forum. The Member and Alternate Member are appointments of the Committee of each representative body.

Each Member and Alternate Member must be a member of CILIP and also of the representative body they have been appointed to represent. They need not be a member of the Committee of that representative body.

Please use this form to notify CILIP of the appointments your representative body has made as Member and Alternate Member of the Policy Forum.
