Consultant Evaluation of FDOT Negotiations Process

Consultants: Your feedback is requested regarding the negotiations process you have just completed for your contract. In

an effort to promote mutual gains negotiations and uniformity in negotiations practices throughout FDOT, you may, at

your option, anonymously submit an evaluation of the negotiations process for your particular contract. You are not

required to provide the name of your firm or specific descriptive information about your contract. Central Office

Procurement will compile the evaluations and provide them as feedback to the Professional Services Administrators by

district and to FICE on a semi-annual basis, to further preserve the anonymity of evaluations.
